Congregational Care

Following Christ is about caring for one another through acts of Christian care-giving. It is the gift of walking with others through the difficult places in life that bears witness to our love for God and for our neighbor. The Apostle Paul urged early believers to edify, encourage, and care for one another as a sign of their love for Christ and as a means of building up the body of Christ. With that in mind, these are the current ways in which we seek to offer Christian care to one another.

What Our People Are Saying

"I have always felt welcome here at First United Methodist Church. I love the people, the staff, and especially the choir. For years it has felt like my home. I'm truly blessed to be apart of this fantastic congregation, and can't wait to continue going here until I am called by God to my true home."
